You can use it daily during the cycle and up to 12 hours depending on the flow of each woman. You should not take your cup without changing it more than 12 hours in a row, you must remove it, clean it and replace it.
How to use: Put a small amount of lubricant, fold the cup in a C shape and introduce it inside the vagina, turn it to check that the container does not come out or pass the index finger around the cup to check that it is well placed and held. Make sure your cervix is not out of the cup.
