Gently clean the area to remove body oil and debris from the skin. Do not use moisturizers, creams or other skin care products anywhere near the area before using the nipples as this will reduce the stickiness of the nipple cover.

Apply the covers one side at a time. Make sure that, when applied, the nipple is in the center of the nipple cup. Lightly press the nipple on the skin to get the final result.
