We are at war, although in the rear, and instead of suffering directly from the bombs as the Ukrainians do, the shock wave comes to us in the form of a rise in the price of electricity and fuel, in addition to the shortage of some products.

This affects us in several ways. Manufacturers, and therefore our suppliers, have to raise the price of some products. And the transport agency with which we work to make deliveries has also had to raise its rates.

We are not going to raise prices in a generalized way, perhaps some product has the rise of a few cents (no more), and we are not going to raise the cost of shipments. We will adjust so that our customers have the best possible prices and the best delivery service.

The transport strike has not helped to improve the situation caused by the war, in any case it has meant that some customers have had to wait longer than necessary to receive their package. To these we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Now everything is returning to normal, to transport we refer, and the agency should deliver the orders within the stipulated period, unless there are still pickets in your locality.

We continue to think, as always, of our customers.
